How to Apply
Create a Ravenna Account

To begin the application process, create an account in Ravenna. Please visit ravenna-hub.com to create a profile for each applicant. 

Through the Ravenna account, you will be able to 

  • Complete the application
  • Submit all admissions materials
  • Schedule your interview with a division coordinator
  • Check the status of your application
  • Receive admissions decisions

Begin Your Application

Once you have created a profile on Ravenna, search for La Scuola d’Italia and click apply (green button).

Reference Letters

Please delegate two reference letters introducing your family to the school to two of your contacts (one letter each).

4. Complete and Submit the Application

At this time, you will also pay the $100 application fee via credit card.

5. Interview

Schedule a 30-minute virtual interview with a division coordinator through the calendar on Ravenna.

6. School Report

Submit a confidential school report to ISAAGNY, which must be completed by their child’s previous school.

7. Previous Report Cards and Evaluation Forms

Applicants for grades 2-12: Please submit official report cards from the past two years through the school your children are currently attending.

Applicants for elementary through high school (K-12) must submit ISAAGNY school evaluation forms (all accessible on Ravenna).

8. Language Assessment

Applicants for grades 2-12: Please submit official report cards from the past two years through the school your children are currently attending.

After Acceptance

If your child is accepted for admission, we send the enrollment contract for your signature.

Please Note: While we have a rolling admission to accommodate international and transfer students, La Scuola d’Italia follows Independent School Admission Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY) guidelines for acceptance notification. For the following academic year, we suggest applying by December.
